Long-awaited 21-year-old single malt whisky The GlenAllachie Batch 2. This irresistible whisky matured for 21 years in five ex-sherry Pedro Ximenéz casks from 1997, 1998, and 1999. The casks were personally selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker, who is celebrating his 50th anniversary in the whisky world this year.

The Pedro Ximenéz casks were chosen from the premium collection of The GlenAllachie distillery, which contains 50,000 casks. After maturation, the whisky was bottled at 51.1 % alcohol by volume. No added coloring and no chill filtration. We recommend serving at room temperature to enhance the excellent aroma and amazing flavor.

This is a limited special edition, meaning only 1,600 bottles were produced! The whisky comes in an exclusive blue-gold gift packaging with a book-style opening.
