It features a captivating deep natural copper hue and a complex flavor profile. Thanks to each Oloroso sherry cask that has been carefully hand-selected, this whisky delivers an outstanding and refined taste that leaves an unforgettable and satisfying finish, which embodies the essence of Speyside.
The rarity of this wood lends Batch Strength 008 a beautiful copper sheen and amazing flavor. In the aroma, dark, nutty layers of Spanish oak give way to an enticing scent of creamy vanilla and melting honeycomb.
The first sip transports the drinker to a summer orchard, where sharp berries dance alongside sweet candied lemon peel. The experience is completed by a long and elegant finish of oak sherry, characteristic of Tamdhu, with fig notes lingering on the palate.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 55.8% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in gift cartons.

The juniper distillate is created in a small, handcrafted, copper distillation apparatus. All alcoholic vapors must pass through a metal sieve containing herbs.
Cold, clear, and soft water from Lüneburg Heath, Portuguese lemons the size of grapefruits, juniper, fresh rosemary, and the oily resin from the herb cistus (rock rose) make GIN SUL exceptional. A hint of the Portuguese Atlantic coast is filled into typical white clay bottles, which protect the gin from light and heat.
