St-Rémy XO is a premium French brandy that combines a rich history, craftsmanship and a complex flavour profile. Thanks to longer ageing in small oak barrels and careful selection of eaux-de-vie, it offers an elegant experience for connoisseurs and lovers of quality spirits.
St-Rémy XO is made exclusively from French grape varieties sourced from renowned wine regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and the Loire Valley. These wines are distilled in traditional copper stills to produce a delicate and aromatic eaux-de-vie. It is then aged exclusively in small French oak barrels, where it acquires its characteristic amber colour, depth and elegance.
The aroma of St-Rémy XO is mature and harmonious, with notes of oak, vanilla, ripe fruit and honey. The taste is rich and balanced, with subtle hints of wood and vanilla complementing flavours of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. The finish is long, delicately spicy and lingering.
The St-Rémy brand was founded in 1886 by Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II, who, after the vineyards in the Charente region were damaged, discovered the ideal conditions for producing high-quality brandy in Machecoule. Since then, St-Rémy has retained its authenticity and tradition, with the recipe being passed down from generation to generation. The current Master Blender, Cécile Roudaut, continues this tradition, ensuring the high quality and unique character of each bottle.
The bottles are filled with 40 % alcohol by volume, have a capacity of 1 l and are delivered in gift boxes.
