Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica (Slivovitz) is a clear spirit with an aroma in which we can smell the sweetish almond aroma of the stones, which does not overwhelm the fruity character. The taste is delicate and fruity thanks to the five-year maturation and traditional methods.

Kosher plum brandy is a clear plum spirit certified kosher by the American Jewish Orthodox Union. The certificate confirms that the entire production process is carried out at the highest level of kosherisation, so-called "purely" and in compliance with strict production rules.

The production facility must be "koshered", i.e. rinsed with hot and cold water, before production begins. A rabbi personally supervises each stage of the production process, from the selection of the best varieties of plums of advanced ripeness, to the handling of the yeast and distillation, to bottling. Fermentation and maturation take place in tanks sealed by the rabbi.

Bottles are bottled at 50 % alcohol and come in stylish gift packs.
