Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica Gold

At the birth of the unique Rudolf Jelinek Slivovica Zlatá stood the Jelinek brothers and the French company Denis Mounié. As with white slivovitz, production begins with a three-stage distillation of mature plum ferment. However, the resulting distillate is stored for maturation in oak barrels.

Ageing in these casks turns the classic plum brandy into a unique spirit characterised by its golden colour, cognac- or brandy-like aroma and harmoniously delicate fruit flavour with woody undertones.

Rudolf Jelínek Slivovica Zlatá is a highly regarded plum brandy that represents the gold standard in its genre. It is a spirit that will be appreciated as a delicious and full-bodied experience, ideal for lovers of slivovitz and spirits in general. It can be served as an aperitif or a digestif.

The bottles are filled with 50 % alcohol and are shaped like an alarm clock.
