This premium Mexican joven mezcal is made exclusively from the Espadín agave variety. Before double distillation in Copper Stills, it undergoes air fermentation using wild yeasts.
Finally, it is bottled with a high 47.1% alcohol content, which gives it a sharp spiciness. It is produced at the Mexican distillery Rey Campero, located in the state of Oaxaca! It is a relatively smoky mezcal with pronounced notes of chili, wood, charcoal, flowers, and herbs.
