Description
This premium Mexican Joven Mezcal is made exclusively from the Espadín agave variety. Before double distillation in Copper Stills, it undergoes air fermentation using wild yeasts.
Finally, it was bottled with a high alcohol content of 47.1 %, which gave it a sharp piquancy. It is produced at the Mexican distillery Rey Campero, located in the state of Oaxaca! It is a fairly smoky mezcal with strong notes of chili, wood, coal, flowers and herbs.
We recommend serving it neat with various Mexican delicacies.
