Trascendente Mezcal Artesanal Joven Espadín Premium is a craft mezcal from Oaxaca that stands out for its authenticity and traditional production. This premium mezcal is distilled exclusively from Espadín agave, giving it a unique character and flavor profile.
During its production, the agave is cooked underground in traditional clay ovens and then crushed using a tahona – a large stone wheel pulled by horses. After fermentation in wooden vats, double distillation in copper stills follows, contributing to the clean and smooth taste of the drink.
Mezcal is known for its fresh, herbal notes that combine with a subtle smoky aroma typical of mezcal. On the palate, it offers a smooth and complex profile with hints of agave sweetness and gentle spice, making it an ideal choice for lovers of authentic Mexican spirits as well as those trying mezcal for the first time.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 48% with a volume of 0.7 l.
