Redbreast 21 Year Old is a rich, spicy single cask Irish whiskey aged exclusively in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks.

This fantastic 21 year old whiskey is no exception. We love this masterpiece that is the result of barrel selection and blending. It is an aged expression of tropical fruit notes, menthol and leather along with a treat for your taste buds. Hats off to Billy Leighton and everyone at Midleton!

It smells of tropical pineapple and peanuts, much like the combination that is on the outside of the flavours. Bold, full, spicy.

The taste is satisfying, pleasing to the taste buds. We smell the aforementioned pineapple and peanuts, menthol along with the expected spiciness, and the aftertaste is slightly leathery. At the end, a hint of nectarine is felt. The finish has some juicy fruit and lets the sweet and enticing barley notes come through.

Overall, the whiskey is exceptional! Complex and full of life at the same time. Tasty. One of the best Irish whiskeys we've ever had the opportunity to taste.

The bottles are bottled at 46 % ABV with a 0,7 l capacity and come in gift box.
