Single Pot Still Whiskey is protected and grown under the watchful eye of the Midleton Distillery. Each pot still whiskey is made with mash from a blend of malted and unmalted barley from farms in the Munster region around the distillery. The soft, pure water used at Midleton Distillery comes from the River Dungourney, which flows through the lush green hills of neighbouring Clonmult. Redbreast's history and roots go back to 19th century London and Dublin.
