Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label is a premium dry French champagne that belongs to the Reserve Wines collection. It is made from a blend of reserve wines in a ratio of 30 - 45% with 50 to 60 different crus!
The largest percentage of the blend consists of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier. The wine was then filled into Crayères, where it aged for a minimum of 3 years. The champagne is perfectly suited as an aperitif or with seafood, fish, tartare, cookies, pasta, and parmesan.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 10°C. The aging potential in the bottle is 3 years! The champagne comes in a beautiful yellow-orange gift box that will brighten up your collection.
Illy Ethiopia coffee beans are part of the exclusive Arabica Selection range, which emphasizes the character of the origin – in this case Ethiopia, considered the birthplace of coffee.
The beans come from the Sidamo and Yirgacheffe regions, often harvested by hand in forest regions where coffee trees grow in free vegetation and are connected to the natural coffee flora.
Roasting and packaging take place in Trieste, Italy, in pressure-sealed packaging filled with inert gas, which ensures up to two years of freshness and aroma protection.
The aroma of this 100 % Arabica is delicate and floral, with subtle notes of jasmine, orange blossom and chamomile, complemented by citrus nuances.
The taste is elegant and slightly acidic, with low bitterness and lower caffeine content (less than 1,5 %), making this coffee easy to drink throughout the day. The experience is rounded off by subtle notes of dried fruit, honey and delicate caramel, which together create a harmoniously balanced coffee.
Illy Ethiopia is designed to be a versatile choice: ideal for espresso, but also works well with moka pots, filters, and automatic coffee machines. Once opened, the beans should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light, ideally in a well-sealed container to prevent rapid loss of aroma.
MAXIMUM Hazelnuts Caramel are created by gradually coating hazelnuts, layer by layer. We start by roasting hazelnuts from the Piedmont region right in our roaster, as this is the only way to achieve their maximum freshness. They are then coated with a layer of fresh nougat that contains 30% hazelnuts and covered in salted caramel. The result is crunchy sweet-and-salty hazelnut balls.
