Description
MAXIMUM Hazelnuts Caramel are created by gradually coating hazelnuts, layer by layer. We start by roasting hazelnuts from the Piedmont region right in our roaster, as this is the only way to achieve their maximum freshness. They are then coated with a layer of fresh nougat that contains 30% hazelnuts and covered in salted caramel. The result is crunchy sweet-salty hazelnut balls.
Composition
Hazelnuts (21%), hazelnut nougat (8%), cane sugar, cocoa butter, dried milk. Cocoa mass, (cocoa solids 27.20%), caramelized sugar, salt. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. Aroma: natural vanilla.
