Description
It takes hours to make uniform chocolate dragees and weeks to come up with the recipe. MAXIMUM Hazelnuts are created by gradually coating the nut, layer by layer.
We start by roasting hazelnuts from the Piedmont region, right in our roaster. Only this way can we achieve their maximum freshness. They are then coated with a layer of fresh nougat that contains 30% hazelnuts and enrobed in white chocolate with a touch of cherries. The result is crunchy hazelnut balls that won the prestigious Great Taste award in 2015.

Hazelnuts IGP Piemont (26%), chocolate (min. 31% cocoa solids), sugar, cocoa butter, dried milk, cocoa mass. Emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavor: natural vanilla, freeze-dried cherries (2%).
