The dark chocolate is made from Fino de Aroma cocoa, and in combination with dried fruit or candied flower petals, selected by a Master Chef Chocolatier, it creates a bitter-sweet-sour trio. And that's not all. The chocolate is thin, firm, and with every bite, you can hear a hard crack. The result is the answer to winning the prestigious Great Taste Award 2014. As the first Slovak chocolate.
Composition
Hot chocolate with toppings (min 1%) – cocoa mass (dry min. 53%), cocoa butter, cane sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Possible toppings: violet, rose, mint, pink flowers, strawberry, raspberry.
