The unique microclimate of the coast there allows rich Mediterranean vegetation to grow all year round. Portofino Dry Gin contains 21 botanicals, each carefully selected for its natural aromatic properties. Local junipers, lemons, lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, iris and roses are all grown in the botanical sanctuary on the Portofino hills. These are mysteriously mixed with local hand-picked ingredients and together form the secret recipe of this gin. After tasting, the fresh opening notes of lemons and juniper will take you through the hills of Portofino. The scent of wild rosemary and lavender will draw you into the atmosphere of the Mediterranean Sea, and the taste of marjoram and sage will remind you of the flavors of Italian Liguria cuisine.
