Pig's Nose comes from the producers of the world-famous Sheep Dip whiskey. Richard Paterson is behind both. Why the name Pig's nose? Because it's supposed to be soft and smooth like a pig's snout!
Easy-to-drink blended grain whiskey has been produced since 1977. The story of the whiskey's name sounds amusing, but it hides a serious, relatively rich five-year blended grain whiskey, blended from Speyside, Islay and Lowlands malts combined with Ivergordon grain whiskey. It matures for 5 years in once-filled oak barrels after bourbon.
