Piccini Rosso di Montalcino DOC is a high-quality Italian red wine made 100% from dark grapes of the Sangiovese grosso variety, hand-picked, from the protected wine-growing area of origin Montalcino DOC, Tuscany, Italy. Vintage 2018.

Rosso di Montalcino is considered the younger sibling of Brunello di Montalcino wines. It combines special characteristics of liveliness and freshness with exceptional structure. This wine aged for 8 months in barrique barrels after fermentation and rested undisturbed in the bottle for another month before it could be sold to lovers of Italian wine.
