Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC wine set
Piccini Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is an Italian red wine made from the grape variety Montepulciano, which thrives throughout Italy, but its largest wine-growing area is the Abruzzo region. The grapes are hand-picked and then pressed under a roller. Vintage 2020.
This wine style is similar to Chianti wines and is considered to have a very "animalistic" taste. It pairs perfectly with game, grilled meats, steaks, braised and roasted meats, as well as fresh and aged cheeses like pecorino.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 18 to 20 °C.
