Mezan Guyana 2005 zreje v špeciálnych drevených sudoch umiestnených v Diamond Distillery v Guyane. Po vyzretí sa rum ľahko prefiltruje a mieša sa ako 40%. Rum má svetlú farbu slamy, ktorá sa vo fľaši ešte viac rozjasní.
Vôňa: rum vzduch prevonia korením, mentolom, sladkým banánom, jahodovými tónmi a ľahkým nádychom Clementine.
Chuť: na jazyku sa Vám rozvíri pikantná chuť korenia a zázvoru, tóny banánov a citrónov, s trochou duba a mäty, ktorá prichádza v závere.
Záver: citrusové a rastlinné známky v profile vytvoria kombináciu, ktorá sa pojí s teplom rumu. Záver je hrejivý, dlhý s mentolovou príchuťou.
