Description
Excellent blended brandy Metaxa 12* aged up to 12 years in oak barrels. It is made from Muscat wine and grape distillates from the Samos region, from the grape variety called Muscatu.
The aroma and taste of Metaxa 12* is floral, friendly, and pleasantly sweet. In Greece, where it originates, Metaxa is considered a remedy.
The 12 Star version of Greek Metaxa remains true to its tradition. It is produced by combining spirits, grape distillate, Muscat wine and herbal extracts. The time spent in medium and heavily charred barrels gives the brandy more pronounced oak and smoky notes.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40 % with a volume of 0.7 l.
