St-Rémy XO is a premium French brandy that combines rich history, artisanal precision, and a complex flavor profile. Thanks to its longer aging in small oak barrels and careful selection of eaux-de-vie, it offers an elegant experience for connoisseurs and lovers of quality spirits.
St-Rémy XO is made exclusively from French grape varieties sourced from renowned wine regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and the Loire Valley. These wines are distilled in traditional copper columns, resulting in a smooth and aromatic eaux-de-vie. It then ages exclusively in small French oak barrels, where it acquires its characteristic amber color, depth, and elegance.
The aroma of St-Rémy XO is mature and harmonious, with notes of oak, vanilla, ripe fruit, and honey. The taste is rich and balanced – subtle hints of wood and vanilla complement flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs, and nuts. The finish is long, gently spicy, and lingering.
The St-Rémy brand was founded in 1886 by Paul-Emile Rémy Martin II, who discovered ideal conditions for producing quality brandy in Machecoule after the vineyards in the Charente region were damaged. Since then, St-Rémy has maintained its authenticity and tradition, with the recipe passed down from generation to generation. The current Master Blender Cécile Roudaut continues this tradition, ensuring high quality and unique character in every bottle.
