Description
Introducing MacNair's Lum Reek, a peat mixed malt created by Master Blender Billy Walker. The cover is inspired by the founder of the company Harvey MacNair. Victorian gentleman, bon viviant a raconteur. To make this small batch of whiskey, Billy bought Islay and Speyside peat malts, which he combined with the rich GlenAllachie. The mixture matures in specially selected bourbon, sherry and wine barrels. This Scotch is bottled as 46% without cold filtration, which preserves its authenticity.
Color: copper bronze.
Aroma: sweet peat, caramel and mocha coffee.
Taste: rich peat, heather, swamp, caramel and sweet spices.
