Kilchoman Feis Ile 2023 Release - sale ended

The limited edition Kilchoman FEIS ILE 2023 Release is released annually in celebration of Kilchoman's Open Day, which took place on June 1, 2023, last year.
Anthony Wills - founder and CEO of Kilchoman, hand-selected and combined three casks for the release of the Kilchoman Feis Ile 2023 bottle: 11-year-old ex-sherry Oloroso cask and two 10-year-old ex-bourbon casks. The selected casks were filled with distillate made from Publican barley grown on the distillery's own fields in 2011 and 2012, which was then malted, distilled, matured, and bottled directly at the distillery, resulting in a 100% Islay release.
The whisky was bottled at cask strength of 55.3 % ABV and is a lightly peated whisky. A total of 1,159 bottles! were produced from the combination of the three casks. No chill filtration or coloring was used in the production. The bottles come in gift cartons.
