J.Cartron Créme de Cassis Cocktail Kit

Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne liqueur from the Joseph Cartron brand is made exclusively from the “Noir de Bourgogne” blackcurrant variety, grown on the Burgundy hillsides near the Grand Cru vineyards.

The harvest takes place when the berries are fully ripe, and they are then macerated in neutral alcohol, with careful monitoring of the extraction of color, aroma and flavor compounds – a delicate process that ensures the liqueur’s pure and rich character.
