Habitation Velier Forsyths WPE 2017

Habitation Velier White Forsyths WPE 2017 is an extremely aromatic white molasses rum from Jamaica. It comes from the oldest sugar factory in the world and the renowned Worthy Park Distillery, dating back to 1670. The White Forsyths WP 2017 rum was double distilled using the pot still method and unusually (up to 3 weeks) fermented with specific yeast cultures. This process had its world premiere and was used exclusively for the Velier brand. The result is a compelling pure single rum (originating exclusively from one distillery) distinguished by its high ester content - chemical compounds responsible for aromatic notes.

Aroma: very aromatic and intense, notes of tropical fruit and distinctly fresh green notes of sugar cane
Taste: rich yet still smooth, perfectly balanced, sweet with notes of exotic fruit, especially bananas, spicy notes of galangal and cloves
Finish: long and intense, with an overall clean impression
