Single-Grape Rare is a rare cognac that ages in oak barrels for up to 20 years. It is made from a carefully selected blend of cognacs exclusively from the Folle Blanche region. This region has been cultivating the eponymous original grape variety for centuries, representing the historical roots of cognac. Although it nearly disappeared from vineyards in the 19th century, the Godet family has restored its former glory. The designation Epicure indicates a blend of several vintages. The cognac has a subtle floral aroma, a delicate fruity taste, and no acidity at all.
