Description
The second part of the Glengoyne Legacy series! The whiskey was dedicated to Peter Russell, chairman and founder of Ian Macleod Distillers, which acquired Glengoyne in 2003.
Glengoyne Chapter Two was aged in three barrels, exactly 48% in once-filled barrels after American oak bourbon, 17% in once-filled barrels after sherry (12% in American oak, 5% in European oak) and 35% in refill oak sudoch. The result is a fruity Scottish single malt whiskey scented with cinnamon and vanilla.
