Eight years of aging in bourbon oak barrels gave this rum a great taste balance. It contains traces of vanilla, caramel, dried stone fruit and citrus, molasses, wood and spices. The aroma is a little woody and spicy, with a hint of vanilla. If you close your eyes, you will see a cellar, old barrels, rum ... and the full taste stays with you for a long time. You can count on the price you pay for this rum to get much more than regular rum this time.
This excellent rum is "doomed to drink in its pure state, because its taste is truly excellent. But we can also conjure equally good mixed drinks from it.
