The blend includes specially crafted rums, aged in ex-bourbon barrels for up to 25 years. The youngest is only 15 years old.
It is ideal neat or with a cube of ice. Your nose will be filled with aromas of coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, spices and vanilla. What the aroma promises, the taste buds will also experience, including the roundness and medium fullness of the silky flavor, accented by roasted tropical fruit. The smoky finish shines in combination with a cigar.
El Dorado 15 Year Old is expertly blended using brands from EHP Wooden Coffey, Metal Coffey, Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still and Versailles Single Wooden Pot Still. Its unmistakable flavor is achieved from the Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still, which provides an earthy, peaty finish.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 43% with a volume of 0.7 l and are delivered in a gift box along with two glasses.
