This Italian sparkling wine, known as Vigna Rampante Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Bacca Nuda, represents the pinnacle of production from the Vigna Rampante winery in the prestigious Montello region. It is made from 100% Glera grapes, which gives it its characteristic freshness and elegance.
The grapes are carefully harvested in the second half of September in the Montella area, which is characterized by sunny slopes and a mild climate. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the pronounced fruitiness and delicate aromas of the grapes. Secondary fermentation occurs using the Charmat method in pressure tanks, ensuring the creation of fine and lasting bubbles.
