Description
Clément Rhum Select Barrel represents the traditional Martinican style of agricole rum, made directly from fresh sugarcane juice. After fermentation and distillation, the rum matures in hand-selected oak barrels, creating a characteristic balance between fresh cane aroma and subtle oak notes.
The aroma is dominated by notes of vanilla, honey, light caramel, and hints of tropical fruit.
The taste is smooth and harmonious – cane sweetness, vanilla, caramel, a light touch of spice, and gently toasted wood. The finish is smooth, medium-length, with an elegant vanilla-woody aftertaste.
Miniature 0.05 l is great for tasting, as a gift add-on, or for collectors of rum miniatures.
