Clement Creole Shrubb is an exceptionally distinctive drink based in Rhum Agricola. At the beginning there is a mixture of white and ripe rum, then hot orange peel and Creole pepper are added to the alcohol. It is macerated in oak barrels and sweetened with pure sugar cane syrup. The result is concentrated and balanced despite the sweetness. It contains spicy tones, tones of orange peel, chocolate and fresh sugar cane. It can be mixed fantastically and is tasty on its own.
