Description
White agricole rum Clairin Sajous. Distilled at the Chelo distillery in the village of Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye in northern Haiti.
Cristalline sugarcane, a rare and ancient variety, is grown organically on a plantation of approximately 30 hectares. The sugarcane juice spontaneously ferments and is then double-distilled under the supervision of the distillery's founder, Michel Sajous, in a Pot Still, heated over an open fire.
It is a high-percentage overproof rum bottled in its original, undiluted form - with 54.2% ABV.
