Exclusive Château Topoľčianky Irsai Oliver is a wine distillate from the Irsai Oliver grape variety. The distillate is produced by gentle pressing and slow distillation in the Jelšovce distillery. A taste reminiscent of ripe exotic fruit with a touch of muscat and a unique balance between strength and flavour has been achieved.
The alcohol content is 44 % and the bottle volume is 0,5 l.
Unlike wine, the production of distillates emphasizes preserving the natural aroma of the variety in a concentrated, pure, and elegant form. Gentle distillation allows the typical muscat tones, freshness, and fruity purity characteristic of Irsai Oliver to stand out.
The result is a smooth, fragrant and harmonious distillate with a distinctive aromatic profile, intended for slow enjoyment.
