Description
Slovak Red Dry Wine with a protected designation of origin. Southern Slovak wine region, village of Ladice, grape variety Alibernet. Fresh Collection edition.
High pigment content in the grape skin transfers very quickly and easily into the wine. A very tasty variety, which produces great wines. However, it needs some time to mature to tame its initial wildness. It pairs excellently with game specialties, as well as dishes made with dark meat and aged cheeses with noble mold such as Camembert.
Serve at 18 - 20 °C. Potential for aging is 3 years.
