Hand-picked grapes in full maturity, infested with the noble fungus botrytis cinerea persoon, which significantly helped the evaporation of water from the berries and the concentration of high sugar content by slightly disturbing the grape skins. This noble mold also added the unmistakable taste and aromatic properties to the wine itself and significantly completes the complexity of the final product. The fermentation was very slow and gradual, while a large amount of natural residual sugar was preserved in the wine. After pressing, the wine matured in small oak barrels .

Wine of dark red color with a garnet-purple edge, with a noticeable cibeba character and aroma of overripe fruit. The aroma is dominated by tones of prunes, dried dates, overripe cherries and nuances of exotic spices, with a pleasant touch of vanillin-cocoa tones. The taste is extremely complex and rich in natural sugars, dried stone fruits with elegant and well-incorporated ripe tannins.

We recommend administration after decantation at a temperature of 15 - 17 ° C. Bottle maturity is 10 - 12 years.
