Description
Slovak white dry wine with a protected designation of origin from the winery Karpatská Perla. Variety Veltlínske zelené, vintage 2022, Malokarpatská wine region, wine-growing village Modra - vineyard Noviny.
The grapes were harvested with a sugar content of 21.5°NM and subsequently macerated for a long 72 hours. The wine was created through spontaneous fermentation, and its character was enhanced by 6 months of aging in an agate and oak barrel. The full fruity-spicy aroma of the wine will captivate you with rich sensory experiences. The wine has a firm round taste.
The wine is low-histamine and vegan! We recommend serving it chilled at a temperature of 11 to 12°C with dishes featuring creamy sauces.
