Camí de Flors Cava Brut Nature is an organic sparkling wine from the prestigious D.O. Cava in the Catalan region of Penedès.

This cava is the result of a blend of traditional Xarello, Macabeo, and Parellada varieties, which together create a harmonious and balanced taste. The wine is made using the classic method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, aging for a minimum of 12 months on fine lees, which gives it a delicate sparkle, rich aroma, and complex character.

The wine has a light straw-yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles. Its aroma features elegant notes of flowers, ripe fruit, and subtle hints of pastry, resulting from the long aging process. On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, with a pleasant acidity complemented by a long and gentle finish.

This cava is an excellent choice as an aperitif, but it also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, rice dishes, desserts, or sweet treats. For the optimal tasting experience, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 6 – 8 °C.
