This is a white sparkling wine made from the finest bunches of Glera grapes from vineyards located in the Veneto wine-growing region of Piave Marco Trevigiana, in the municipality of Nervesa della Battaglia (Italy), in the vineyards of the 'Rosalia' estate .
The vinification of the white wine follows the following procedure: soft pressing of the destemmed grapes, clarification of the must obtained and subsequent fermentation with selected yeasts at very low temperatures. This is followed by a prise de mousse in an autoclave.

It is well suited as an aperitif, for toasting special occasions, but also for enjoying during meals.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 °C.

Vigna Rampante Prosecco DOC Treviso Masiere Brut comes from the Montebelluna region of Italy and is made exclusively from Glera grapes. The grapes are harvested during the first fifteen days of September.
The production process involves white wine vinification with soft pressing and pure fermentation at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation is carried out using the Charmat (Martinotti) method with selected indigenous yeasts. This process takes approximately 30 days at a temperature of 12 - 13 °C in an autoclave, thus achieving its fine structure and exceptional quality. The wine has an alcohol content of 12 %, a residual sugar level of 10,5 g/l and a total acidity of 7 g/l, giving it a perfectly balanced character.
On the eye, it has a delicate yellow to cream colour with a rich mousse and fine, silky bubbles. The aroma is delicate and intense, dominated by notes of white fruits such as pears and apples. The palate is spicy and powerful, with exceptional balance and harmonious structure. The aftertaste is clean and dry, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.
This Prosecco is best served chilled to a temperature of 6 - 8 °C, where its sensory qualities come out perfectly. It is an ideal companion for celebrations or as an elegant accompaniment to light meals.
