Laphroaig 10 Year Old Set + Port Askaig 8 Year Old
Laphroaig is a 10-Year-Old Scotch single malt whisky from the Islay. Aged for 10 years and distilled according to traditions established by a line of passionate and experienced master distillers over the past 200 years.
It is made from malted barley, which is first cold-smoked and then dried over a peat fire. Aged in oak ex-bourbon casks!
It is distilled in the same way as it was over 75 years ago when the Laphroaig distillery was founded. The bottle comes in a very nice black-and-white gift carton. We recommend serving it neat or with one ice cube.
The youngest release from Port Askaig. An excellent Scottish 8-year-old single malt whisky sourced from undisclosed distilleries on the Islay. This pleasantly smoky and elegant whisky is a great introduction to the Port Askaig range. It is suitable for the most discerning connoisseurs as well as beginners.
The whisky is created by blending several single malt whiskies that have matured in selected ex-bourbon casks, toasted American oak casks, ex-sherry casks and Hogshead casks. This gives it delicate, smoky aromas.
To preserve the full structure of the whisky, it is made without chill filtration and coloring. Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 45.8%.
