Description
Whisky Laphroaig Lore was created by distillery manager John Campbell. Laphroaig Lore is considered the richest of all Laphroaig whiskies. Lore has undergone a series of enhancements over many generations. It matures in a combination of sherry casks and quarter casks.
Laphroaig Lore is a rich and smoky whisky with maritime minerals, hints of ash, and dark chocolate. Following the chocolate are vanilla notes combined with oily, unroasted chestnuts and a touch of fondant. A drop of water added to the whisky reveals creamy and fruity notes.
