Engine is a handcrafted organic gin produced in small batches through vacuum distillation and uses 100% Italian botanical ingredients.
Its recipe is linked to Italian and Piedmontese tradition and pays homage to Rosolio (sweet liqueurs) and liqueurs made from sage and lemon, which were once ancient remedies for digestion.
It is made from completely organic raw materials from a controlled Italian supply chain: alcohol from wheat, juniper from Tuscany, sage from Piedmont and Liguria, lemon from Sicily and the Amalfi coast, licorice roots from Calabria, damask rose, and water from the Alps.
The bottle design was born from the idea of the brand founder Paolo Dalla Mora, who was inspired by the world of motocross racing and racing vehicles. The bottle has a can design that looks like an oil can, but inside it hides a great gin. From the world of cars straight to your glass.
