Engine Gin is a 100% Italian gin produced in the Piemonte region. Its production takes place at the Torino Distillati distillery, which was founded in 1906 and specializes in traditional liqueurs and distillates.

The brand was founded by Paolo Dalla Mora, an entrepreneur and marketing expert, in 2019. The inspiration for this gin comes from the world of motorsports, which is reflected in its unconventional packaging resembling a motor oil can.

The gin is known for its Italian heritage, featuring dominant notes of sage, lemon, and licorice. In 2021, Illva Saronno Holding (also known for Amaretto Disaronno) acquired a 100% stake in this brand, strengthening its international distribution​.
