Bošácka Slivovica white 1,5l

Bošácka Slivovica in a large package with a volume of 1,5 l in a wooden gift stand will please the taste buds, but also the look. It hides a high-quality plum distillate produced according to old proven recipes. The basis is a carefully selected ripe fruit, which ferments in a natural way and, after perfect fermentation, is distilled by traditional methods.

Fermentation takes place naturally, without added yeast, and after 5 – 6 weeks, two stages of distillation in copper stills follow. The distillate is then mixed with high-quality softened water, left to mature for the appropriate amount of time and bottled in characteristic bottles.

Bošácka Slivovica is clear, slightly golden in colour, with a rich fruity character and a distinct plum aroma, or ‘plum spirit’. The taste is smooth, balanced and slightly almondy, with a natural aftertaste of stones, without any additional flavours or sweeteners.

Bošácka Slivovica combines the ancient and Great Moravian tradition of growing quality fruit with the Benedictine tradition of alcohol production. They have merged in the more than 500-year-old folk tradition of making this noble drink. Today, Bošácka is a mark of quality and a symbol not only of the valleys of the White Carpathians, but of the entire Trenčín region.
