It is produced according to old proven recipes that combine over 500 years of folk traditions. The mash prepared from ripe fruit is distilled after natural fermentation without any additives.

The full development of flavor and aroma is achieved by properly serving it in a stem glass with a narrow neck and chilling to a temperature of 10 - 12°C.
