Ron Barcelo Imperial Rare Blends Porto Cask is a rum that is part of the Barcelo Rum Rare Blends collection. This unique rum is made from the purest juice sourced from the finest selection of sugarcane from the Dominican Republic.
Porto Cask is the result of careful aging of the rarest rums in oak barrels that vary in char level. These rums are then blended and this mixture is further aged in Tawny 10 port wine barrels, which gives the final rum its unique flavor and aroma.
This rum boasts a rich purple-amber color that is truly unique among rums. Its aroma opens with surprising notes of figs and forest fruit jam. You can also sense the aroma of caramel and dried cherries, accompanied by subtle woody notes. The silky and sweet taste of this rum is finished with a very complex aftertaste.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 40%, the volume is 0.7 l, and the bottles come in gift boxes.
