Balan Sauvignon 2022

Balan Sauvignon is a white, dry, Italian wine, vintage 2022. It is produced in vineyards in the Lison Pramaggiore and Grave del Friuli areas with varying geological compositions and two types of soil: clay and calcareous. The grape variety is 100% Sauvignon.

The grapes are gently pressed, the must is adjusted to a low temperature and cryomacerated to achieve better aroma extraction. The wine rests in steel tanks for several months before bottling, followed by another period of refinement after bottling.

The wine is structured, dry, elegant and velvety. An aristocratic product meant to be enjoyed young, yet unafraid of aging.

We recommend pairing with many dishes, especially fish, but also with aromatic herbs and egg dishes.
