Vollereaux Premier Cru Brut is an elegant and harmonious champagne from the family-run Champagne Vollereaux house, based in the village of Pierry, near Épernay, since 1805. Now led by the sixth generation, the family continues a tradition that combines craftsmanship, respect for terroir, and a touch of modern refinement.

This cuvée is composed of Pinot Noir (40 %), Chardonnay (30 %), and Pinot Meunier (30 %), with all grapes sourced from Premier Cru vineyards. After the second fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 5 to 6 years on the lees, developing creaminess, a delicate texture, and mature depth.

It is ideal as an apéritif, but also pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, poultry, soft cheeses, or creamy appetizers. Serve well-chilled (8 – 10 °C) in a slender flute glass to enhance its fine bubbles and aroma.
