Transcaribbean Rum Line Flying King
TransCaribbean Rum Line Flying King is a rum inspired by the rich history of transatlantic voyages, during which rum was transported across the ocean. This Caribbean mixed rum has matured for 3 years under a tropical climate. It is a combination of high-ester rums from Jamaica with an attractive rounded rum of the Spanish type from the Dominican Republic.
It was distilled using the copper pot still and column still methods in 2015 and was bottled in 2019. It is unfiltered and produced only in a small batch. It is a taste-rich and fruity rum, which has borrowed the typical characteristics of rums from two neighboring islands, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. And those who like drinks will certainly be pleased that this rum was created with a view to use in mixology and bartending, so it offers variety and a strong taste-aromatic profile.
The name Flying King refers to the adventurous life originally of a member of the British naval fleet, Captain Robert Sample and a later pirate who did not hesitate to grab the oars to escape his fate.
Aroma and taste: esters, baked bananas, dried fruit, a light breeze of licorice and cinnamon
