La Hechicera means "the witch" in Spanish. This name hides an exceptional molasses rum inspired by the mystical beauty of Colombian life and nature. It has been produced by the Colombian Riascos family for 3 generations.
The base is a masterfully blended blend of rums aged 12 to 21 years in the wild Caribbean coast of Colombia. Together with the solera aging system in ex-bourbon barrels, a great flavor profile was created with notes of oak wood, caramel, orange peel, freshly roasted coffee and tobacco.
Colombian rum La Hechicera is best enjoyed on its own or with just an ice cube. It is a pure natural rum without added dyes, sugars and flavorings, which comes in a nice gift package.
