It is characterised by a beautiful yellow colour with a golden sheen. The bouquet of the wine consists of pleasant notes of exotic fruit - pineapple and lychee with a subtle vanilla in the finish. The taste is elegant, balanced with a slightly spicy acidity, the aftertaste is dominated by fruity and honey notes. We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C.

This is a histamine-free wine. Histamine-free wines (also known as low-histamine wines) are also suitable for people suffering from histamine intolerance.

The key is that the grapes are grown without chemicals, hand-picked and any damaged berries are removed. The whole production process is therefore very clean and they know to stop the fermentation process at just the right time, just so that histamine does not start to form. That is why the histamine level is very low, even zero. These wines are not dosed, so they also contain very low levels of sulphites. Another advantage of the low sulphite level is that if you overdo it with the wine, you don't get a headache the next day.
